Wish You: Your Melody in My Heart 나의 마음속 너의 멜로디 (祝願你：我心中你的旋律) is a new 8-episode BL drama from South Korea that has just premiered on December 4, 2020. Funny that, South Korean always makes short BL episodes with just about 10 minutes per episode… Below are two OST songs I have found from the series, but they are just audio versions at the moment…
Is 2020 the year of Asian BL dramas? There are so many being broadcast this year from Thailand, The Philippines, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China and Vietnam. There are at least 20 BL dramas from Thailand this year that has aired or airing right now. I’ve lost count of the ones from The Philippines, at least 10 BL dramas in just a few months, starting with Gameboys in late May (maybe someone can help list all the BL dramas from The Philippines for me in the comment section below?). Two dramas from South Korea that has been broadcast earlier this year, plus this current one, Wish You, and two more, Color Rush and To My Star, also scheduled for December as well, and at least 5-6 BL TV dramas or films from Japan, two webdramas from Taiwan, and at least two each from China (made in China, but only available to be streamed outside China as BL dramas are still banned within China) and Vietnam that I know of…

If it is an English song, it probably is not in the OST because the songs I found in this post are the only songs in the OST. I still haven’t watch ep 7 & 8 yet, so have no idea, sorry. Is there a list of the songs used in the episodes in the closing credits?

Haha, you have all got me curious so I went and had a peek at ep 7. I have not heard the song before and I tried to search the song by the lyrics, tried a few combinations but nothing matched, unfortunately ☹

Thanks for the article. I’m in love with this movie (Netflix shows a full movie). It is sweet and not so much drama. Everything comes (sort of) naturally for the two of them.
One thing I am struggling with is the song. I can’t seem to find the English song when Lee Sang first came to In-soo’s place. A deep husky-ish voice “…when it all comes down to us…”. Shazam, Siri, Google song search all failed to give me an answer. Please help!!!

The only song that I got was the song before the 3 got drunk (Lights out by Canyon). Could it be that the songs we couldn’t find were actually an unreleased original? Hmmmm

The only thing I can think of is that those songs maybe original songs by online singers posted on social media like on TikTok, but the producers should at least have credited them in the show.

I’m not quite sure how it works, but is it possible to use something that doesn’t belong to theirs and not credit it? Unless if there are agreement on that in order for them to use the song freely in their contents?

It’s so.. weird? That there are two songs none of us can find it anywhere. (song by a male before they kiss and song by a female when Sang kisses Insoo on the rooftop.) It’s not in the end credit as well, I’ve searched what’s written in the end credit, but find none. Is it possible to use a song but not credit it? Unless it’s an original that they made but not wanting to release it. does this sound logical or am I going crazy, I’ve been searching for it for hourssss??????

I saw a video someone posted listing the songs from the OST, they are all Korean songs. There are no English song listed, so I don’t think the English songs are original un- released songs written especially for the series, so it is very weird that they did not credit the English songs.

I love this BL drama so much. In episode five when the production assistant went to the house of the rising star, there was a song that played in the background with lyrics like if it all comes crashing down please let me know what the title of this song is, it’s not part of the wish for you soundtrack.
