Season 4 of Singing with Legends 我們的歌 premiered on September 25, 2022. Interesting to hear the announcement at the beginning of the first episode that this TV format has been sold to a few European countries with the Spanish version Dúos Increíbles the first to start airing from September 29, 2022!
After watching the first episode of the fourth season with Group A’s blind pairings, it felt very convoluted and confusing with 3 musical ages of singers and they are all over the place and some doesn’t even fit their musical age groups; I still prefer the previous years with just the simple pairing of veterans and the up-and-coming young singers. It also felt very set-up with the pairings in the first episode because the last pairings with the 3 singers, guess what, they are all the remaining last singer from each age group, too much of a coincidence to say the least, LOL… Looking forwards to more performances from Steve Chou 周傳雄, Priscilla Chan 陳慧嫻 and Jam Hsiao 蕭敬騰 from this Group A, maybe Jam will perform his new song My Tiffany. Rumours are Group B will include Faye Chan 詹雯婷 who is charting around East Asia with her current hit 訣愛, Terry Lin 林志炫, Rainie Yang 楊丞琳, and Zhang Yuan 張遠 who has one of the biggest hits last year with 嘉賓.

Update December 10, 2022: Top 10 most viewed music clips from this season of the show so far… So frustrating with the way they kept removing a lot of the YouTube videos after they uploaded them, so I feel very hesitant about embedding individual song clips from this show nowadays, I hope this clip will not disappear again in a few days’ time…
