The return of the eighth series of Everyday Gourmet with Justine Schofield caught me by surprise. Channel 10 has been airing double episodes of The Bold & The Beautiful in its time slot for the past few weeks, so did not even realize the cooking show came back yesterday, June 11, 2018. LOL

Marinate 8 chicken wings with 1/4 cup sweet soy sauce (kecap manis), 1/4 cup cloudy apple juice and 1 tablespoon (approx.) tomato paste (can marinate for up to 2 days ahead of time if desired in the fridge). Bake uncovered in a pre-heated to 180°C oven for about 30 minutes, turning regularly.
