The new series of Good Chef Bad Chef starts today at 4pm on Channel 10. Adrian Richardson will have a new co-host, nutritionist Rosie Mansfield.

  5. I have to ask why do nutritionist say that spinach is a good source of iron, this is incorrect information. Spinach has vitamins, fibre but the iron is inert and humans unable to absorb it?

    • LOL, I don’t know about that, but nutritionists just follow what the latest research tells them. Remember there was a time when we were told not to eat eggs regularly, or that coconut milk is too fatty… Now coconut oil, coconut sugar is the superfood, and we are allowed to eat eggs regularly… Now sugar is the enemy… Superfood is hot, we are told to overdose on superfood, every recipes from nutritionists talk about superfood, every recipes has superfood… I wish they would just advise on eating everything in moderation, rather than following the trends.
