For those of you who, like me, enjoyed the first series last year, Poh & Co. is back for a second series of 9 episodes on SBS tonight, Thursday, May 19, 2016 at 8:30pm. In this fresh new series, Poh realises a long-term dream and opens a café, Jamface, at the Adelaide Central Markets.
In addition to the premiere of the second series of Poh & Co., SBS is also airing the 3-part series, noma australia, starting at 7:30pm. Following in the footsteps of Inside Heston’s World, this new series follows noma founder René Redzepi and his dynamic international team as they create a popup restaurant in Barangaroo, Sydney, with an original menu that reflects the unique and vibrant flavours of Australia. The popup was opened for 10 weeks from January 26 to April 2, 2016.
