In today’s service challenge, the contestants are split into two teams. Each team must cook a three-course meal for 30 people replicating dishes from two celebrated Melbourne restaurants.
Each team must cook a 3-course meal from memory. The captain and vice-captain of each team must go to their respective restaurant and learn the three dishes without recipes, writing or drawing them down. Then they must return to the MasterChef Kitchen and transfer the information to the rest of the team members in just 15 minutes, after that they must serve the entrée in 30 minutes, then another 30 minutes before serving main, and finally dessert must be served 30 minutes after main.
