		<description><![CDATA[This is basically very similar to custard, so you need to cook it until it thickens, before you chill it.  The time of 20 minutes I have given is only an approximation because it all depends on the heat you are cooking it with.  My guess is that you did not cook it enough, so it is like a pouring custard which will not set.  Otherwise, check that you have measure all the ingredients properly.  HTH.]]></description>
